Oceanfront Hotel Verde Mar direct access to the beach is the CLOSEST hotel to the beach offering easy and direct BEACH ACCESS for its guest, an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi, parking lot and is located at walking distance from the famous Manuel Antonio National Park. Reservations for more than 6 rooms have to be AUTHORIZED BY THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATION.

Check In Procedure: Rooms are normally ready for check in by 3:00pm. We welcome early arrivals. Please remember, however, that your room mightbe ready when you arrive. The office closes at 10:00pm if you will be arriving at a later hour; please contact us to make arrangements for late check in.

Check Out Procedure: We ask that you vacate your room no later than 11:00am on the day of your departure. Fees may apply for late checkouts. We encourage you to linger after check out to use the pool and the other facilities for the rest of the day. We are happy to store your luggage and valuables for you for the afternoon.

All rooms at Oceanfront Hotel Verde Mar direct access to the beach have wooden furniture, simple décor, privated bathrooms with solar heated water and air conditioning.

We ARE PET FRIENDLY, there is an additional charge of $20 plus tax, per pet, per night. Please, let us know ahead of time if you are bringing any pets because we use DIFFERENT BEDDING for pets.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

Please note water is heated using solar power.

Queen Room. Air-conditioned room with wooden furniture and functional décor that offers cable TV, safe, and a small fridge. The private bathroom comes with a shower. The room has a queen-sized bed. ;
Economy Double Room. This air-conditioned double room is comprised of a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. The unit has 1 bed. ;
Quadruple Room with Balcony. This air-conditioned quadruple room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private bathroom as well as a terrace. The unit offers 2 beds. ;
Student Room. This room is recommended for backpackers or for students who are looking for an affordable option. This double room features a tilemarble floor and air conditioning. This is a small and simple room with no windows with with solar heated water. ;
Loft. The loft room has one king size bed, two piece couch, private bathroom with hot water, ceiling fan, air conditioning, safety deposit box, a microwave and a full kitchenette. This room has no ocean view and it is located ABOVE RECEPTION, please consider that is located in a second floor an isaccessible by elevator ;
Apartment. The Apartment room has one queen size bed, one bunk bed, private bathroom with hot water, ceiling fan, air conditioning, safety deposit box, a microwave and a full kitchenette. The Apartment is just off from the reception area of the hotel. This room doeshave a jungle view like the other rooms. ;
Family Studio. The suite with separate bedroom has one queen size bed, one queen size pull out couch, private bathroom with hot water, ceiling fan, air conditioning, safety deposit box and a kitchenette.
